The exhibition in its material form was originally presented as a series of hung boards, holding text and image, that contextualized participant’s narratives historically and within literary traditions. There were, in total, 7 boards exploring different themes relevant to illness narrative research. The exhibition was designed and curated by the Project Team.

The exhibition was held at three different venues for varying periods throughout 2011 and 2012:

• Poetry and Illness Public Colloquium
• Welsh National Eisteddfod 201
